On a Friday afternoon, my family and I were desperate to find a trip to Greece because our travel agent had made some serious errors that caused our long-held reservations to be cancelled. Sheer luck helped us come upon Custom Travel Network on the Internet. I was doubtful and even suspicious at first that Hilda and Bernard could do anything for us on such short notice, in peak season, within our budget. Within less than 24 hours, Hilda had sent us three different viable options, within our budget, plus references. She grasped our family personality and style immediately, and understood exactly the parameters of travel with two young children. Needless to say, we had the time of our lives. Everything Custom Travel Network promised was provided, and then some. Our tour guide, Nikos, quickly became our long-lost brother/uncle/friend and though he didn't have to, showed us a Greece we only dreamed of.
